Our focus is servicing small to medium sized buildings (typically between 500 – 20,000 sq ft in size). From small offices needing once-a-week cleaning to larger spaces requiring daily attention (including weekends), we are extremely reliable. We can offer a cleaning plans and frequency that meets your specific needs, for your convenience, cleaning usually takes place outside of regular office hours. Our cleaners are competent and efficient, but above all trustworthy and reliable. We do have cover cleaners to fill-in for holidays or sickness, this is an important provision because we hate to let anyone down. We supply our own professional products and equipment, so there is no separate outlay for yourself

We don’t try to tie any of our clients into lengthy service contacts, we only request a 30 day notice period if you wish to cancel (or up-to 90 days for larger buildings over 10,000 sq ft)

Generally we recommend an initial deep clean of your facility to bring the cleanliness up to the required standard. This may include specialist cleaning services like hard floor stripping and sealing or perhaps carpet cleaning, but these options can can be discussed as part of the initial no obligation site survey and quotation.
